La flotaci\u00f3n de minerales se ha convertido en el principal m\u00e9todo de concentraci\u00f3n en las mineras del mundo, a pesar de haberse conocido desde hace 120 a\u00f1os. En la pr\u00e1ctica se han ido desarrollando una serie de mejoras y optimizaciones en los equipos (celdas), insumos (especialmente reactivos y cal) , los controles manuales o autom\u00e1ticos, as\u00ed como en la gesti\u00f3n de las plantas concentradoras. Este programa de alta especializaci\u00f3n incluye cursos que toman en cuenta todas estas mejoras, pero tambi\u00e9n incluye balances, reconciliaci\u00f3n, c\u00e1lculos relevantes y las mejores pr\u00e1cticas en diferentes operaciones a cargo de expertos mundiales como se puede observar en 3 congresos internacionales organizados por InterMet. Con este diploma los participantes podr\u00e1n tener una herramienta efectiva para aplicarla en sus centros de labores o de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>
